What sizes do you carry?

Most shirts are available in small, medium, large, extra large and 2XL. All our shirts are printed on high-quality t-shirt blanks.

How are orders shipped?

  • Proland3r ships orders from Canada (stickers and patches) and US (apparel), if you order any combination of apparel with stickers or patches you will received two different shipments
  • Orders are usually processed within 2-4 business days. As soon as the order is processed, we will work on getting your product ready. You will receive an email from us letting you know when the order has been shipped

  • Shipping fees and times may vary depending on product and delivery destination. Additional customs duty fees may also apply. 

  • If a product is unexpectedly back ordered, we will contact you immediately to let you know
  • International orders may take longer. However, rest reassured that we are doing our very best to get you the product as fast as possible.

What methods of payment do accept?

We accept the following: Paypal, Apple Pay, American Express, MasterCard and Visa.

How about Proland3r's T-Shirt and Hat Return Policy?

  • All t-shirt and hat purchases are non-refundable.

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your t-shirt or hat when you receive it, please email us within 10 days and we will exchange it for another shirt or hat free of charge. Proland3r allows one exchange per order. You will be responsible for the return shipping but we will pay for shipping the exchange t-shirt or hat back to you. We will not ship the new t-shirt or hat until we receive the one you are exchanging. It must be in original condition (not washed, not worn, not dirty) and must be received by Proland3r within 30 days of your original order. We will not accept returns or exchanges after the 30 day period.

  • If we mistakenly shipped you the wrong t-shirt or hat they are defective, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the shirt or hat back to us and the cost of shipping you a replacement.
